- – Fail, am looking to do 10 pushups and 10 situps every morning and every evening starting now (June 26)
- Bike/Blade/Run 2x per week for 30 minutes⚠️
- – Progress – Biking has been a real joy. I’ve riden four times in June and ran once.
- 520X (5 Items, 20 Reps) or Random SworkIt Program 1x per week
- 20 Jumping Jacks, 20 Situps, 20 Pushups, 20 Squats, 20 Knee Highs⚠️
- -Progress, I started a program called 8Fit and also have done 10 pushups in the morning. More dedication to this one is required.
- I will also drink 16oz of water a day (4-8oz glasses or 2 bottles of water)⚠️
- – Progress, I am definitely drinking more water than I used to.
- Limit to one soda per day❌ – Fail – Sodas are so easy and I can’t seem to go a day without one.
- Continue with an average of one blog post weekly on Mondays✅ – Complete – I am doing well at posting, just need to get more consistent.
